We will endeavour to ship items to you as quickly and safely as we can. We deliver anywhere in New Zealand including rural addresses. Sorry we do not deliver outside New Zealand.

Delivery Rates

Our delivery rates are:

• Prepaid A5 Satchel (nationwide): $5 per order ^†
• Local (North Shore): $5.50 per order *
• Shorthaul (within 150kms): $7.50 per order *
• Rest of North Island: $9.30 per order *
• Waiheke and Great Barrier Islands: $10.40 per order *
• South Island: $10.40 per order *

^† Prepaid Satchel is available for some smaller items that will fit into an A5 envelope. Please do not select the satchel option if your goods are breakable, easily damaged or flammable.
* Oversized items may be charged an additional amount - once you have selected the items you need proceed to checkout to see the exact costs.

Rural delivery fee $3.30

Please check your address using the NZ Post address checker to see if it incurs a RD fee.

For some addresses where the address checker suggests two address, one may be the physical address while the postal address may be Rural Delivery.

Courier services will always use the postal address, whereas the physical address is used by location services like Google maps.

Please ensure you use the correct postal address to ensure the correct fees are charged and to avoid any delays to your order.

Dangerous Goods fee: $2.95

Dangerous Goods incur additional safety checks and handling costs. Please read the obligations and additional fees when sending dangerous goods (DG) on the NZ Post website: Sending Dangerous Goods. (Excludes Waiheke and Great Barrier Islands).
